Rats
Rats do not typically live in buildings. They inhabit trees, bushes, sewer systems and just about anywhere hidden. However, in the evening they will enter a structure to mate, raise young until they are weaned, or for safe harborage; then leave around dusk to retire to their environs. Rodent infestations can grow at an alarming rate, 5-12 per brood, with a gestation period of 45-60 days, and sexual maturity reached at 45-60 days. You can see how a small problem can escalate quickly.
Our treatment is as follows:
Block off all rodent access i.e. HVAC lines, sub-area vents, roof vents, attic vents, louver vents and any other potential access.
We will vacuum all rodent droppings accessible to us. (this is for proof of concept in the event we don’t catch anything)
We will set traps and monitor those traps every 3-5 days until we have 2 consecutive trips with no new evidence and not catching anything.
Beyond that, you will have a 3-year warranty and after the warranty is up, it is $150 re establishment fee, as needed, not per year.
